“Brian Aleksivich of Apex Process Servers LLC was wonderful to work with. We needed process service performed in Minnesota (we’re in Washington State).
It’s always hard to decide on an outside vendor you don’t already have
a relationship with, but Brian’s manner, professionalism and excellent
customer service and turn-around put us at ease immediately. He
delivered and didn’t disappoint. We are greatly impressed all the way
around and definitely recommend Brian and Apex to anyone who needs
reliable, professional, personable service.”

"I needed to serve my husband with
Summons and Petition papers to start divorce proceedings. I've never
done this before, so naturally, I was nervous and unsure of the
process. Brian's calm, gentle and friendly demeanor put me immediately
at easy. He explained what he would do and what papers I would need
from him to move forward. Brian was out of town on the day I called
him but was still able to work extremely fast. He picked up the papers
the day I called and served them to my husband that night. He is very
easy to work with and was willing to meet me anywhere to accommodated
my schedule.
I hope I don't ever have to go through this process again, but if I do, I know who to call!!"

"We contacted Apex Process Servers LLC about a Summons that needed to be served on a defendant in Minneapolis, MN.
When I spoke to Brian on the phone he offered to accept the paperwork
several different ways (email, fax, UPS). He explained the different
service options available and the prices for each. After Apex received
the paperwork they were in contact via email with updates with any
status change. We decided to have Apex file the affidavit of service
directly with the court and they were happy to do so. A copy of the
affidavit was also promptly sent to us via certified mail. We were very
satified with the services Apex Process Servers LLC provided and would
use them again for any documents that need to be served in Minnesota."
